Gallery in the Lanes hopes that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.
However, under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to change your mind (cancel your order) once you have seen the goods i.e. after you have received them.
The gallery can offer you a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt of your order. This includes any delivery charge but does not include the cost of returning the item, which must be met by the customer.
If the item is damaged or faulty on arrival please let us know immediately by contacting the gallery on 01603 767 282. We will refund the item, the postage and pay the cost of returning the item as long as you have notified us within 14 days.
After 14 days, we can refund the goods but not the delivery charges or cost of returning the item. In this instance please let us know within 30 days of receiving the item.
We cannot offer a refund on the following items unless they are faulty:
Custom Framing – as these are made to order
Pierced earrings – for hygiene reasons
How To Cancel Your Order:
To cancel your order please contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. or by phone on 01603 767282 (Monday – Friday, 10.00 –16.00).
How To Return An Item:
Any items that need to be returned to us must be authorised in advance by a member of the gallery team.
Please return items to us unused and in pristine condition so they can be re-sold.
If a refund is required, we will issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account so please bear with us.
